Jessica is a bridge-builder between the modern science of the nervous system and the ancient mystery of sacred embodiment. Jessica's intention is to be a vessel for the healing and awakening of all beings through teaching "sacred somatics" and lost divine feminine wisdom practices. Her work is rooted in the belief (and lived experience) that the body is a portal for wisdom and a vessel of transformation. Her own path has been a "Via Negativa"—a deep, mystical descent through the fires of early Traumas, a foundation-shaking spiritual awakening, a cancer diagnosis and intensive recovery, and profound personal upheaval in addition to the fullness of a life lived passionately. These experiences were not mere challenges to be overcome, but each a radical invitation to surrender and sovereignty. Through the intensity of loss and the beauty of rebirth, Jessica has walked the "Yin Path," learning to listen to the deep, resonant frequencies of the body when the world falls away, leaving an ancient remembering.
She is currently visioning a land-based nonprofit sanctuary in North Carolina—a place where new paradigms of being are lived into and honored through healing arts, cooperative living, and the radical act of tending to one another and the Earth.
